Measurement

Hold us to the number we publish

The 55 seconds this page starts from is measured. It is the median across every document our customers reviewed, on the same figure each of them sees on their own analytics dashboard.

55 sec
median review time
25,359
reviews behind that median

Measured over the 90 days to 1 September 2026. The median has held between 54 and 55 seconds across that window, and the middle half of reviews land between 32 and 104 seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. This is the labour side on its own. Price the Fluent side on the pricing page, where the same monthly volume gives you a plan, and subtract one from the other.

From production. It is the median review time across 25,359 reviewed documents over the 90 days to 1 September 2026, on the same filter the in-app analytics dashboard uses for each customer's own volume. We publish the median rather than the mean deliberately: the mean across those same reviews is 115 seconds, pulled up by a tail of long ones, so it describes a rare document rather than a typical one. The middle half of reviews land between 32 and 104 seconds.

Change it. Seven minutes is a starting point, not a claim about your documents. The figure that matters is what one of yours takes today, and the calculator is built to be argued with.

Anything a person keys into Epicor from something that arrived: supplier invoices, customer purchase orders, pack slips, quotes, timesheets, remittances. If it arrives as a PDF or an email and leaves as an Epicor record, it counts.

Yes, and they are already in the number. Review time is what a person spends on a document Fluent has already read, matched and drafted. That time is subtracted from the manual baseline rather than ignored, which is why the calculator asks for it.

Run your own documents through it
